We drain the tofu well and cut it into cubes that we pass through the cornstarch and fry in a pan until they are golden brown.
We will let them rest on absorbent kitchen paper to avoid excess oil. On the other hand, we use teriyaki sauce, heating the soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar in a pan, and once hot we add the tofu so that it mixes well with the sauce.
We take out and put in a bowl sprinkling with toasted sesame on top. We serve hot.
